Shrimp Apple Salad




(4.4 lbs) fresh shrimps
2 tsp. garlic and parsley seasoning powder
1 heaping tbsp. tartar sauce
3 heaping tbsp. Miracle Whip Dressing
2 tsp. honey mustard
3 tbsp. fresh chopped chives
pepper, to desired taste
1 green apple, diced
1 small American lettuce, shredded

After peeling shrimps, clean them thoroughly in water with lemons. Bring water to boil in a pan add little salt. Cook until color changes to a slightly orange.
Drain the water, cut up shrimps in pieces not too small. Add the ingredients and mix. The chopped chives you add on last.
Shrimp salad is ready to serve on garlic bread or on regular soup rolls.
